Short drive to Niagara Falls and Highmark Field (Bills).Quiet times between 9pm and 7am everyday. No parties or unregistered guests.No smoking of any kind, including vaping, in or on the property, including the back patio and garage. If there is a strong odor of smoke or marijuana at the property, there will be an automatic charge of $250. That is the cost to have an extra cleaning crew come in and o-zone the smoke smell out for the next guest.No pets.
