About this spaceLocated in the middle of arguably the best neighborhood in Austin, our completely custom home designed by my brother and I is walking distance to some of the best coffee shops, bars, restaurants, grocery, shopping, and more that Austin has to offer. You’ll enjoy modern luxury with designer furniture, new mattresses (Tuft & Needle and Aveline), pillows, bedding, an unbeatable location, and a true sense of what it’s like to live in Austin, Texas. Great for groups or families with older children.Guest accessContactless entry is simple via a front-door keypad. Neighborhood is extremely walkable with four casual take away and dine-in restaurants on our street alone. Uber, Lyft, scooters and more are easily and readily available if you’re not driving.Other things to notePrivate driveway fits two cars. Additional, free street parking available. Upstairs bathroom is a Jack and Jill setup, so it’s connected to 2/3 bedrooms but shared. The fourth bedroom/sunroom is not connected to a bathroom. but features a day bed with a trundle pull out.We have an STR Type 1 Permit.
