Sleeps 8-10, 2.5 bathrooms and an outside, hot water, shower for removing beach sand. Kitchen with granite counter top. 2 short blocks from the semi private beach. In town location, walking distance to the train station (NJCL line), beach, charming shops, high end restaurants, and Twilight Lake duck pond. Front porch, back deck and rear yard.The property also has a three bedroom, 1 & 1/2 baths, with porch, rental cottage on the creek for rent. (Go to VRBO #570239 for additional information).Owner will provide eight (8) beach badges which are required for ages 12 and up for beach access during the summer season. Daily badges may be purchased on an as need basis by the renter at the BHIA Office.Life guard on duty for the kids.Use caution when using hot water and flammable gas.Pets considered – $100 dollars per pet.**MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 30 YEARS**AFTER 8 PM – NOISE IS NOT ALLOWED
