The house is tucked back in a peaceful neighborhood near NAU, and is easily accessible to downtown. I live here part-time, so it should always feel welcoming. My cat lives here full time, so even if you’re traveling solo, you’ll have a companion during your stay here.Guest accessThere are two parking spots in the driveway. On-street parking is free and available except in the winter you’ll be cited and/or towed for blocking the snow ploughs.Walking and biking is easy too. The urban trail, Aspen Place and Downtown are close.
