Storybook front yard and steps brings you to the front entrance. Inviting parlor entry and half bath entry with venetian plaster walls leading to a grand staircase to the second story. Past the staircase is an oversized billiard’s room where you can play pool and hang out. The dining room is a separate room and has a large dining table and seats 16. Wander into the gourmet kitchen and you will discover a built-in breakfast dining area, custom alder cabinets, granite counter tops, Wolf gas range, Sub-Zero fridge, and center island. The kitchen is open to the cozy family room with a real wood burning fireplace(for decoration ONLY), comfortable couch, and smart TV.To your left you find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has an EnSuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share the hall full bath. On the other side of the kitchen and family room is where the kids will want to be. It’s a large room with two double bunks, a couch, bean bags, smart TV, game console, arcade games and a bathroom all its own. This room also has doors to the patio and back yard.Head upstairs to find a large open loft with a library and workstation. On one side is the Master Suite which is very spacious and has a balcony overlooking the pool and back yard. The Master Suite has two walk in closets, a large bathroom with double sinks, soaking jetted tub, walk in glass shower, private toilet room and a private back entrance staircase from the garage entry. The bedroom next to the library has an EnSuite bath.
