Apartment consists of a one bedroom one bathroom with queen bed. Ample closet space with linen closet in hallway and pantry in kitchen. Fast wifi. A/C and heat pump. Private deck off of kitchen with nice backyard views. Full kitchen with gas stove and full fridge. Kitchen table was designed and created by legendary local artists Marcus Gutierrez and Fernando Apodaca (same artists that did Pearl Jam’s ‘Life Wasted’ video). Shared laundry in backyard. Nice backyard garden. Quiet neighborhood. If you want to be ‘in the middle of the action’ and be able to walk everywhere, this is probably not for you; however, if you don’t mind short drives to sd attractions but would prefer a quiet place, you will probably like it here. Urban hiking nearby in Tecolote canyon.
