Our little oasis in the desert getaway is a quiet, serene space surrounded by many very tall (15 ft.) plants, like a wall of oleanders-very Palm Springs and great for privacy. You will love to walk the neighborhood, and we’re close to many things like cute coffee shops, Mexican food to sit on their patio and have a drink, Traders Joe’s, natural grocery stores, and beauty spas, many within walking distance. Our 74th Street is in a unique cul-de-sac with all higher-end style homes on large lots because it was horse property many years ago. The Casita is detached from our main house, which was built in 1962. Our property has a long driveway; when you pull in and drive past the garage door on the left, there are 2 private parking spaces available next to our welcoming entry gate just in front of the pool, where you can come and go as you please.
