Just as you step out the front door, you are greeted by paragliders launching from one of the nation’s premier flight schools. Guests can also enjoy a short walk to the famous Arroyo Burro Beach, or the adjacent Douglas Family Preserve. The off-leash beach and trails are fantastic fun for your canine family member, should they be traveling with you for your vacation. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an inviting living area. There is a plus one, multifunction room near the dining and living room that can be used as office space, a children’s area, or with the available sleeper sofa, another bedroom for one person. We have reserved one bedroom without a television, otherwise, entertainment abounds. The ultra-fast broadband internet and streaming-ready smart televisions are sure to meet the needs of the well-connected. The spacious kitchen has been fitted to maximize cooking or beverage preparation. Make a smoothie for the morning or a blended cocktail after a day at play.
