This is unit 1B.Acorn Manor was built in 1925 and was split into 4 private apartments over 70 years ago. It was recently renovated with new kitchens and bathrooms and has modern furniture. Each place has it’s own private entrance from the back of the property with 1 dedicated parking space. This is unit 1B.There is a shared washer and dryer in the basement that can be accessed from the stairwell that goes up to 2B.If there’s anything you need during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via VRBO app. We will check it often during your stay.Acorn Manor is located in the Glenwood-Brooklyn Historic District. We are .5 miles from Glenwood South and .5 miles away from Five Points.Parking is in the rear of the property down an unpaved alley via Cole St. There is one parking spot per unit. Any additional cars must park on Cole StYou get to this unit (1B) from the back of the house where the parking lot is. Please note that the windows and flooring are original, please use extreme care.Absolutely no smoking or parties on the premises. Violations will result in a $300 fine.
