Sip cold cocktails at the table in the shade before changing and walking a few blocks to dinner.This property dates back to 1900, with grounds that have been transformed into a communal patio space for the building. When you’re not relaxing on your own deck, you can sear some local seafood on the shared gas grill and dine in the summer sun.Inside, the condo makes smart use of its space, with ample sunlight making it feel all the more roomy. The open living space brings together a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a bistro dining area, and a sitting room with a smart TV (please log into your own streaming accounts).
