There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.* No fireworks* There is a 24-hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only* Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 pm-7 am* The beach is accessible on foot only and requires the display of the pass we provide, which is hanging by the kitchen door. It is located down a dirt road on the far side of the Echo Acres loop. Please do not use the area behind the house. A “No Trespassing” sign was placed there.
