Rolling hillsides and unobstructed mountain views for miles!The first floor has an open floor plan from the kitchen to the dining room to the living room.The kitchen is a perfect spot to start. It has everything you need to whip up home cooked meals including a flat electric cooktop, microwave, open shelving and a garbage disposal. Kitchen is stocked with all the cooking/serving necessities including: cookware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware. A coffee pot is available for your morning coffee. True dining room with seating for all six of your guests.The kitchen opens to the living room which has plenty of seating for your entire group. In the living room there is a television, it’s a smart TV including access to YouTubeTV, so has the ability for you to connect your streaming apps to enjoy your shows.One flight up leads to the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a full ensuite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a shower while the other one has a bath/shower combo.There is also a half bathroom on the first floor.Over an acre of grounds surround the house. Outdoor area features a porch, fire pit, area, and propane grill.Other amenities worth noting:-Central heating to keep you warm this winter-All bedrooms have window AC units to keep you cool during the summer-Hardwood floors throughout with area rugs-Minimal stairs to the front door, one flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms.-Laundry machines available.-Fast wifi throughout the house.-Plenty of parkingLots of special antiques and personal effects, owners ask that mature groups stay only, not suitable for children.Guest Access:Everything you need for a great stay, toiletries, linens, towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and more!The Neighborhood:Only ten minutes to Tanglewood, Shakespeare and Co, Jacob’s Pillow, Barrington Stage, The Mount, and more!Laurel Beach is 1.5mi from the house. If there is not a guard at the gate the beach is closed for inclement weather. The hours are 7 days a week 10am-8pm until Labor Day.Other Things to Note:We look forward to welcoming you soon!Standard rules like no smoking, no partying, no pets, and being respectful of the neighbors apply.No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
