The master bedroom has a walk in closet, Glass Shower and French doors which open and overlook the back yard and pool. The second bedroom, accessed through the hall , has French doors to the side desert yard, a full wall of closet space and an adjacent bath with an open rain shower design. This bedroom/bath offers additional privacy from the rest of the home.The third bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen, with French doors to the front desert landscaping and a small but functional pool bathroom with a toilet and shower. This bath also provides access to the back yard and can be used from the terrace/pool area.Each bedroom has high-end linens, plush towels, pool towels and all the requisite comforts for your stay.The seamless indoor/outdoor flow continues to a large lattice covered terrace with seating and dining areas overlooking the huge pool- over eight feet deep. It is a short walk/or drive to downtown shops and restaurants as well as all the world class Palm Springs area activities.The property is within walking distance to the Palm Canyon stop for the “BUZZ”, the popular FREE trolley service linking the property to/from downtown Palm Springs. The service operates every Thursday to Sunday from 11:00 am to 1:00 am at 15 minute intervals.Rarely is a home of this comfort and quality available as a rental.There is a $200.00 cleaning fee and an optional fee of $70.00 per day to heat the pool in the cold months.CANCELLATIONS – A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full rental amount excluding security deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel ninety (90) days prior to check-in.
