This property is a four story modern townhome located nestled inbetween two other units. It is located near what is known as the Washington Corridor which is a very centralized location near many of Houston’s main attractions. The Washington Corridor is an area full of restaurants, bars and clubs that you can walk to. Also a short walk away is Memorial Drive, easily the most beautiful street in Houston with nature walking and biking trails and and a huge park with a golf club.The first floor has a private two car garage for your use as well as a bedroom and bathroom with a shower. The bed in this room is a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on the top part of the bunk. Up the stairs on the second level is the kitchen, dining, and living room. There are floor to ceiling glass doors and windows that let in so much light. The living room has a large 65 inch television ready for your streaming subscriptions and free HBO. Right off of the living room is a small balcony. There is also a half bath on this level. The third floor hosts the oversized master bedroom with a king sized bed, desk and a television and a balcony off of the master bedroom. Also on this level is another bedroom with a queen size bed and full bathroom. The fourth level is a rooftop deck with seating to enjoy the view and cool breeze.
