Easy access to NC State, PNC Arena, Koka Booth Amphitheater, Wake Med Cary, shopping & restaurants and just a short drive to downtown Raleigh, RTP & RDU Airport.HOUSE RULES:•. Please be mindful of the neighbors and respect our Quiet Hours – 10pm-7am•. Parties are not allowed!! A minimum fine of $500 will be charged if rule is not observed.•. Smoking is not allowed (including vaping). A minimum $250 cleaning fee if rule is not observed.•. Pets are not allowed. A minimum $250 cleaning fee if rule is not observed.•. Please complete Checkout procedures – A minimum $50 fee can be charged if the property is left extra messy, lots of trash left behind (our cleaners charge us).• Unless prior arrangements (at least 36 hours before check-out time) have been made with the us, there will be a $50/hour charge for every hour past check-out time.
