Summary:This is the perfect Vermont getaway ideally located across the street from Haystack Mountain at the Hermitage Club and minutes to Mount Snow! Open concept living with wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceiling and wood flooring throughout. Beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and soap stone counter tops. Total of 6 bedrooms, a den, family room and loft makes this the ideal four season property for entertaining all of your family and friends.Other Things to Note:- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement.-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy.
