Welcome to Chalet!This single story cabin is located along the Seneca Lake wine trail on the west side of Seneca Lake. Chalet is one of 3 cabins on a private road. Our other two sister cabins, Chateau and Castello, are located on the same driveway and if you have a large group, check with us about the possbility of renting all 3 together.The cabin is an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen/living/dining room area. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dinner ware for 6 persons. The living room has comfortable furniture to lounge on, along with a large screen tv and electric fireplace. The dining room seats 6 and has a set of patio doors that go out onto the back deck area where you’ll find an outdoor dining set and a gas grill.The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed, extra large closet, and an attached Master bath with a shower. This bedroon has large windows that face over the front porch and toward the view of the lake.Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located at the opposite end of the cabin from the Master bedroom, with a full bath in between. Bedroom 2 has a Full size log bed and Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed with windows looking out toward the lake.The cabin has a spacious yard if you would like to bring yard games to enjoy and there is a firepit area. The parking area has room for 4 vehicles.When you rent this home, you are renting a private residence or secondary home, a very personal experience. Our homeowners have furnished and decorated this home to their taste and comfort.*This cabin has central air*A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest. If you run out, you will be responsible for purchasing more according to the needs of your group**We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is over the age of 25.**NO PETS or animals allowed at any time.**No parties allowed at any time.**Smoking prohibited except in outdoor areas.**Parking for 4 vehicles only**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS. 6 persons allowed at any time**Guests are asked to initial a rental waiver, sent via email, immediately after booking
