Follow the steps down from the parking area and enter the main floor. This bright home has an open kitchen and living area. The living area has a wood burning fireplace and a 8-top dining table. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and other with a queen bed, both sharing a full bathroom. Step out on the upper deck and enjoy the lake view. The lower level has another living area with foosball game table, twin bedroom and another full bathroom. Both living areas are equipped with satellite TV and DVD players. Descend the stairs to your private dock for swimming, fishing, or boating. Canoe included! Beach towels are not included in the home.Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $500 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
