Beautiful water views from this colorful Charlestonian style town home. 3 bedrooms/ 3 baths, 2 car garage, ten foot ceilings, hardwood floors, new furnishings-TVs in each room, washer and dryer in unit, granite and stainless steel kitchen, screened porch with water views. New mattresses were added in 2021! 1st floor bedroom with queen bed, second floor master bedroom with king bed, separate shower, walk in closet, balcony facing water and beautiful sunsets. The third bedroom has two sets of twin over full bunks and full bath. Enjoy the outdoor shower, small yard, large private pier, dock and pool for Waters Edge community only.
