Two full bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. Double bed in fourth bedroom downstairs. Huge kitchen with island/bar stools and kitchen table that seats eight. Height chair. Two central air conditioners/furnaces- one on each floor. Two furnaces as well for winter stays.All appliances, including washer and dryer , big screen TVs with Rokus in every single room, including the kitchen. Huge fenced-in backyard with deck and brand new built-in hot tub as of July 2022. Firepit and firewood included. Kids swing set, built-in sandbox. and tree house. Brand-new natural gas Barbeque and Picnic Table on Backyard Deck for dinner/entertaing. Year-round living – all linens, towels, beach towels, Beach chair, silverware, all cooking utensils, etc. Real Wood Fireplace with Firewood icluded. Rent by the week or long weekend (depending on the season). Rates are determined by season.Please note that our brand-new hot tub is available all year round!! We do not close it in the winter. If the review says the hot tub was down this was only for a couple of months last winter and we replaced it with a brand new high-end unit.Newly constructed front porch with seating for eight or more and tables for hors d’oeuvres and drinks. Also, beautiful landscaping throughout the entire property!!Also, please note that the entire house has been updated. Including brand new marble bathroom and standup shower upstairs.Additionally, we just created a brand new computer/office set up for work at home capabilities with three monitors, printer and scanner.
