Charming 1920’s English Stone Manor is one of Carmel’s Original masterpieces .Carmel Charm and Elegance. An enchanting stone home built by a famous architect in the 1920’s.This home features 4 plus bedrooms and 4 baths. The master suite consists of two rooms with a queen size bed and a private bathroom. There are three bedrooms on the first level, one with two twin beds and private bath and another with a queen and a private bath. There is a charming Sun Room adjoining the large guest bedroom on the first floor that can be used as an additional bedroom if needed in which there is a single twin bed. On the second floor there is the fourth charming room with a full bed and a private bath. There are beautiful hardwood floor throughout the house. The kitchen has recently been remodeled with carrera marble and new stainless steel appliances with a laundry room equipped with washer and dryer off the kitchen. This is truly a Carmel original manor located at the top of Ocean Ave. The living room is elegant spacious with high vaulted ceilings and a fireplace with is great for entertaining. There is a 40′ cable tv that is encased in a shelf in the living room that is covered when not in use. The formal dining room looks out into the garden. From the kitchen or sun room you can walk out to the patio and have dinner alfresco. There is patio seating with a table and umbrella as well as an outdoor bar b que for entertaining!! The stone manor is approximately a 5 minute drive straight down Ocean avenue to town or e a leisurely 15 minute stroll to town. Carmel Beach is approximately an 8 minute drive and Carmel Valley is 10 minute drive away.This home is in one of the most prestigious areas of Carmel and includes off-street parking for up to six cars.
