Quaint 1200 square-foot beach house, with two bedrooms upstairs which have queen beds. Full bath with tub/shower combo. Living room has a fireplace and a Full Sofa bed. There is an outdoor shower off the kitchen with a lovely rose of Sharon tree above your head. There is a family room opening onto large deck with patio furniture and gas grill and side burner. If you would like to relax, lay on the Hammock in the yard and watch the birds at the bird feeder’s or just read a book. At night, sit outside By the Chiminea and have a fire and sip some wine or have hot cocoa. In the morning, sit outside on the deck with a cup of coffee or walk down to the beach and sit in the gazebo with some coffee and watch the waves. Lovely private assn. beach with small pavilion, raft. It is a 5 minute walk to beach. Located 1 mile from I-95 Exits (2) and 1 mile from center of the quaint New England town of Madison on Long Island Sound. 30 minutes from New Haven, 2 hours from New York, 2 hours from Boston. Closest airport is Tweed – New Haven – 20 minutes and Bradley International which is 50 miles.( 1 hour ).
