Gas grill/BBQ and utensils available for your use.Being on the ocean side of Rte 1 (and far away enough to enjoy this quiet neighborhood) you are less than a mile from great ocean views and 1.8 miles from Wells beach, accessible along a pleasant, scenic coastal road. The house provides a great central location for access to coastal drives, restaurants, sites, and great Wells antique and specialty shops as well as shopping for all your general needs. You are minutes away from Ogunquit and Kennebunk Port in this central location, and the best ice cream shop in the entire area is located on Eldridge road, right off of Batchelder lane.My home is very pet friendly and there is an entertainment center with a flat screen TV, DVD, Cable, CD, and digital music capability.
