The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a full-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit to ensure your comfort, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space (heating/air conditioning unit availability may vary according to the season).For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, offering a variety of channels to enjoy through the Roku streaming TV.Please note that utilities are not included in the monthly rent. The utilities cost $360 per month. The utilities fee should be paid directly to the host during check-in and on monthly basis.Small Pets are allowed with additional pet registration fee of $475 to be paid directly to Host at check-in following a written approval by host.Payment Terms: when making the reservation $750 down payment y credit card or Zelle is required to secure the booking.
