Welcome to our fully-renovated 3 bed, 2 bath ranch-style bungalow with beautiful original hardwood floors and fully fenced in yard for your pet. Situated in the historic Battery Heights neighborhood only 4 min (1.2 mi) from downtown! Rest here after hitting the town by watching the 50″ Flat Screen Roku TV on the sectional sofa in air conditioned comfort and ceiling fans. Or, grill out with your friends and eat dinner on the patio. Enjoy the fully-stocked coffee bar in the morning before working at the desk in the main bedroom.House Rules – please read. If unable to follow all rules, please cancel reservation within the 48 hour full or partial refund window.1. There is a zero tolerance policy for parties or events. If there is a party or if there is more than the maximum of 6 guests on the property (additional guests must be approved), you will be asked to leave with no refund.2. Minimum age of 25 for guest booking the reservation, and the booking guest must be staying at the property.3. Smoking of any kind or vaping is not permitted inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside only. An additional cleaning fee of $500 will be charged if this rule is broken.4. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed without approval from Hosts. Guests are responsible for damage caused by pets.5. Please take off your shoes and use the provided shoe racks to store them.6. Although we will try to accommodate requests for early check-ins and late check-outs, this depends highly on housekeeping scheduling and can not always be fulfilled.7. There is a doorbell camera and outdoor cameras. There are no indoor cameras.
