Oyster Pond beach (0.2 mile / 7 min walk). 1 min walk to Vienna Bistro. Chatham Squire a 6 min walk. Lighthouse Beach a 20 min walk / 5 min drive.2023 – 2024 ratesOff Season: Oct 1 – May 31, 2024: $4,200 per week, $600 per nightSpring: June 1 – June 30, 2024: $5,600 per week, $800 per nightSummer: July 1 – Aug 31, 2024: $6,195 per week, $885 per night. (non refundable)Fall: Sept 1 – Sept 30, 2024: $4,795 per week, $685 per night7-night minimum Sat to Sat stay during mid-June/Summer/September season. 3 day min during off season.
