Description
A beautiful, two-story condominium located in the downtown area of Carillon Beach & Resort in the same vicinity of shops, restaurants, a gym, a spa, and a yoga studio. The beach is a short walk through the community of Carillon, a gated development set atop beachfront land of approximately 104 acres and 3900 feet of white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. A sense of community encourages pedestrian, bike and cart traffic. The condominium lies only a few steps from Lake Carillon, a tranquil 13-acre freshwater lake.Carillon is a quiet, upscale community similar to Seaside and Rosemary Beach without the crowds. Carillon is a graceful locale to vacation with the whole family. The property has three pools: one gulf front at Beach Club, another at the Bellview park (which includes two tennis courts, a basketball court, kids pool and kids play area), and an additional pool available at the east side of the property.There are eight dune walkovers to the beach, none of which is ever crowded.A centrally located meeting house in the downtown green area offers a non-denominational service on Sundays at 10:00 am.The condominium has been extensively remodeled in 2019 with custom granite, new windows and doors, and a great bunk room . The first floor provides a spacious living room with an HDTV and cable, a blu-ray player, WiFi service, and new sofa with built in lounger. The kitchen is well equipped with a laundry area including a stack washer and dryer. A separate custom bunk area provides a great spot for the kids to enjoy playing video games and have their own space. Two rooms upstairs consist of a large bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed that includes a private bathroom; both master bedrooms upstairs have TVs. The massive tile balcony overlooks Market Street, with views of the fountain, the green, surrounding restaurants. Lake Carillon provides multiple seating arrangements, large gas grille, and dining table.The Balcony also has a retractable awning to keep the sun off of you on those “little too sunny” days we enjoy in Florida.During the summer, one may also enjoy live concerts at the green from the condo balcony.Our home is SMOKE FREE and small dogs are allowed with approval and fee. Reservations are not accepted for vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian or parent during the entire stay.
