Charming 1920’s home in Geddes Heights. 3-minute-walk to Arboretum. Less than a mile from U-M Hospital and Central Campus. About 1.5 miles to downtown and to U-M Stadium.Main floor: large gracious living room; dining room; breakfast area; large, well-equipped kitchen; half bath.Upstairs: 3 bedrooms; 2 full-bathrooms.Lower level: 2 bedrooms; one full bath.Outside: lovely patio; peaceful back yard.House is sturdily built and quiet.Free parking on the street.- No pets allowed.- Please note that this is our year-round home so you will see a few personal items (e.g. shoes on the shoe rack; coats in the closet). We will of course clear more than adequate space for your things for the weekend!
