There’s an enormous TV to catch the Yankees game after a day at never-crowded Umbrella Beach, a fully equipped new kitchen, and an immaculate bathroom. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and then light the barbecue for dinner, eaten via candlelight. Later, enjoy the sound of crashing waves as you drift off to sleep.
