We are central to major hubs and activities, with Portsmouth and Lake Winnipesaukee within 30 minutes, and Gunstock Mountain, Laconia, Kennebunkport, Newburyport, Manchester, and Hampton beach all within an hour drive.Dogs are allowed, maximum of 2, with a $300 fee per stay. Cats are not allowed under any circumstances. If you are bringing a service animal, legal paperwork certifying the animal as a service animal is required and if not supplied, the pet fee will be charged.There are 4 active security cameras outside, which monitor the front, back, and side yards. Interior spaces, including the hot tub patio and house are not monitored.Parking is allowed in the two driveways on property only, with space for up to five vehicles.
