This newly renovated, light-filled basement apartment is well equipped with kitchen, work space, patio, and washer/dryer.We are walking distance to Grant Park, the Beltline, Zoo Atlanta, Summerhill, and so many other attractions. We are close to lots of amazing restaurants and breweries, less than a 10 minute drive to Downtown and Midtown, and a 15 minute drive from Hartsfield Jackson Airport.The apartment is located in the basement of the house, and has its own separate, private entrance (not accessible to/from the main floor of the house).It’s fully equipped with a well-stocked kitchen (including coffee maker), dedicated working space (desk & chair in bedroom), comfortable couch (including TV with Fire Stick), small dining area, queen-sized bed, full bathroom, washer/dryer in the unit, and private outdoor patio.Guest access:Guests have the entire apartment suite to themselves, including a private outdoor area with patio.
