It does not include any video or audio surveillance, but rather monitors the decibel levels and motion to detect the number of people in the unit.Please be aware that quiet hours in the neighborhood are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Our Minut system ensures compliance with this policy by automatically notifying you via text and/or phone call if the decibel limit exceeds 75 for more than 10 minutes between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am.We kindly request your attention to a particular aspect of our property.
