Walk for miles from the bay side to the gulf beaches and restaurants.Just minutes walk to Anna Maria Pier and the Rod & Reel Pier serving fresh fish, beer wine and fishing with all equipment and bait provided.Just steps to historic Pine Ave. for quaint shops, restaurants, bike, kayak, and small motor vehicle rentals.Beach gear is provided, however sometimes guests leave items out or at beach….If shade and large beach blanket is important to you, you will want to bring your own. Small pets have a fenced yard to explore. Sprinklers do come on during the week early in the morning for a couple hours.There is a laundry room in my Separate mother in law quarters downstairs for guests staying more than 3 days.** I live in Georgia but there are times that I stay in my “separate” quarters downstairs, It is a separate entrance and air system. If this is an issue, please let me know at the time of your request as I am always able to visit my family during your stay.WATER ACCESS dock at the main canal that goes out at the Anna Maria pier … launch your rental kayak, paddle board and park a jet ski or small boat overnight with prearranged permission . Outdoor fire bundle for outdoor fire is $ 10 listed under administrative fee.
