This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2nd story unit off the Gulf of Indian Rocks Beach. IRB is a quiet, family-friendly area on the Gulf with short commutes to both Clearwater and St. Petersburg. There are many surf shops, bakeries, restaurants, and bars local to IRB within walking distance of the condo. The unit offers a queen bed in the master bedroom, a full bed in the guest room, and a full sleeper sofa in the living room. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy your meals and conversation in the dining area or on the balcony. The balcony has recently been renovated and updated with new furniture, including two comfortable egg chairs to relax in! Other conveniences include: free WIFI, 3 flat screen TVs, full washer and dryer, bath/beach towels, A/C, ceiling fans in every room, and beach chairs. There are 2 spots available to park your car(s) in covered parking under the building. Plus it’s less than 100 steps to the beach! This is our family’s “home away from home” and we hope you enjoy your get-a-way here as much as we do!We prioritize everyone’s health and safety! In order to protect all our guests, we have the condo professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay.
