Our 1800s treasure was just completely renovated. This cozy home is situated at the base of Pilot’s Knob and overlooks Lake Bancroft. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood and within walking distance to hiking, biking, The Cliffs Shaft Museum, Bancroft Park, and the downtown area.Located near the RAMBA trails for your mountain biking adventures and blocks away from Trail #8 for a classic UP snowmobile experienceIt has an open concept main level and the two bedrooms and bath are located on the second floor along with the washer/dryer. There is parking for two cars extra across the street for winter snowmobile trailers.
