Two, large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are found on the first floor, along with a half bath off of the kitchen.Second Floor DescriptionA private staircase leads you to the second level where there is also the same open floor plan! Custom built kitchen, laundry off of it, sitting area and kitchen island that sits four. Two bedroom with en suite bathrooms and a half bath off of the kitchen. Off of the kitchen is a multi-purpose room that can be used as an office space, reading room or extra bedroom with the built-in, full bunk beds. There is a french door that is next to the kitchen that leads you down an outdoor, mahogany staircase to the backyard.Base Price per night is for up to 10 Guests. Each Guest over and above 10 Guests will be Charged $100 per night per Guest.As with all rentals, Guest will be required to sign the Owner’s Residential Lease Agreement.thank you,Joe & Lindsay
