We welcome you to The Knoll Inn, our front-row cottage at Newfound Sands (formerly known as Bungalo Village). Wake to the sound of loons on the water and watch the fog lift from the lake as you sip coffee on the front porch. Then grab your beach chair and head to Cummings Beach just steps from the cottage to enjoy some fun in the sun. In the evening, head out to enjoy a sunset meal at the Ledge Water Steak House or head on over to Kathleen’s Cottage, voted best Irish Pub in NH, all within a few minutes from the cottage.The cabin comes equipped with a queen bed, a twin-sized daybed, and twin trundle as well as Blu-ray/DVD with Netflix and Wi-Fi. There is no cable TV.This is a traditional “housekeeping cottage”, where guests provide their own linens (including blankets, towels, and pillows), paper products, and soaps. The cabin is equipped with several fans and typically gets a beautiful breeze off the water on warm summer days, but during a serious heat wave, please bear in mind that condo restrictions also prevent us from having window air conditioning units in the property.We rent from Saturday to Saturday during the summer season.
