Charming Cabin – 2 minutes from Downtown!Our River Rd cabin is the perfect place for your next getaway! This 2 bed/1 bath cabin comes with a large, beautiful deck, which is fully immersed amongst the trees. Enjoy your morning cup of joe with Idyllwild’s native birds chirping and feel the crisp mountain air. Town Center is only TWO MINUTES AWAY! In the Town, you will find many unique shops, tasty restaurants, yummy coffee and fantastic breweries/wine tasting! We welcome you to stay in our cozy cabin!This property has two cabins – this is the front cabin. However, there are no shared spaces. The LARGE deck is for this unit only.CHECK IN: 4:00pm & CHECK OUT: 11:00am.Please communicate via Air Bnb your ETA.Check in: I will send you a check-in guide the morning of when your stay begins – this will be sent through the AirBnb app in our message thread. All information, parking, lockbox, etc., will be included.Check Out- Please try to leave the cabin the way you first found it. Check out instructions can be found in the house manual left inside of the cabin.Regarding Dogs: we do ask for an extra cleaning fee PER dog for each stay. Each dog must be approved and paid for before check in. Please ask us about the fee before booking to ensure we’re all on the same page. Unfortunately, we do not allow cats.Firewood is not provided. Please stop by the local stores for firewood before your stay. We recommend buying a start kit as well!There is a specific area to park, please let us know if you are planning on bringing more than one car and we will try to accommodate you.Please check the weather conditions prior to your departure. Snow chains are needed with icy conditions!As recommended by other guests: What to Pack!-wash cloths (we provide one bath towel per guest)-mosquito repellent-towels for outdoor activity-shampoo, conditioner, body wash-spices, oils, extras for cooking!-And most importantly, your adventure bug!An unauthorized early check in or late check out will result in a $150 minimum fee.ABSOLUTELY NO GRILLING OR OUTDOOR FIRES. Due to the recent fires, we are PROHIBITED from any outdoor flames.
