Wintertime visitors will appreciate easy proximity to Gore Mountain Ski Resort, around 14 miles away, and Garnet Hill Lodge which is a premier center for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, about a 30 minute drive. Warm-weather visitors will be spoiled for choice when it comes to nearby hiking, rafting, swimming and mountain biking trails.Inside, highlights include wood floors and a cozy living room with a river view. The full, eat-in kitchen features a full suite of appliances and plenty of countertop workspace to prepare mealtime masterpieces. Ice cleats (‘cat tracks’) are encouraged for safe access.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
