There are no shared spaces like elevators. We use a professional cleaner between each guest. They use enhanced cleaning techniques including additional wipe-down of all touch surfaces using CDC-approved disinfectants.Late check in is fine as this building has electronic locks.Early movein is also fine IF we don’t have another guest moving out that day. Also sometimes we can accommodate leaving luggage early and/or late but we can’t guarantee it.I’m more than happy to provide information on local attractions. We also provide a detailed Welcome Letter with relevant neighborhood information, plus an interactive Map with neighborhood recommendations.Property is literally steps away from Stanton Park-great for pets! Great neighborhood for longer term stays as well.A word about rates:Since every booking is different the rates listed are an approximation. Rates are based on length of stay, specific dates needed, amenities requested, etc. Bookings less than 91 days are subject to the DC lodging tax of 15.95%. SINCE EVERY INQUIRY IS DIFFERENT AND THE BIGGEST FACTOR IN PRICE IS THE SPECIFIC DATES CHOSEN AND LENGTH OF STAY RATES MAY BE HIGHER OR LOWER THAN WHAT IS POSTED. PLEASE INQUIRE SO WE CAN DISCUSS PRIOR TO SENDING A BOOKING REQUEST.Late spring and summer are the ‘high season’ very high demand months, moreso this year than ever before as this is the first year that many federal agencies and private employers are bring people back to DC, and they are making up for lost productivity during Covid. Most furnished housing providers in DC will only take bookings for three months or longer during these months. We will do less, but the rates do go up. And generally we try to match an incoming booking with an apartment that is available within a week or so of the requested date. For instance if you are seeking a month rental beginning July 1 we would want to match your request with a property available in very late June or July 1. If the property you inquired about seems to have an availability date that may not match up then you can always check HERE see all properties and their available dates.Our average booking is around four to six months. We are primarily a longer term lodging provider.
