Charming Cape Cod cottage on Depot Pond & bike trail with pond accessOur Cottage is conveniently located on Depot Pond (with pond access) and next to the Cape Cod Rail Bike Trail. Both the kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated. All windows have been replaced. There is a new Mini-Split heating/AC system installed for this season to add to your comfort. Our large deck overlooks the pond and is the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset or enjoy coffee in the morning. There are 2 bedrooms with 3 beds (2 twin beds and one queen) to comfortably sleep 4 people. The cottage is fully furnished inside and includes a table and chairs on the deck. New in 2023 is a Weber Gemini gas grill. There is direct pond access to Depot Pond through the backyard. There is high-speed WiFi throughout the cottage. The location is close to beaches on Great Pond (freshwater), Cape Cod Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean. There are many great restaurants within a few miles of the cottage.The property our home sits on has been in our family for generations and was originally purchased in British pounds. Eastham is such a special place for our family and we love gathering in our home. We hope you can experience the charm & relaxation of Eastham which we so cherish.
