This Charming Cape is a beautiful, recently remodeled cape cod style home on the Mad River in Warren Village and on a very quiet secluded road. Just steps from the Warren Covered bridge, this home is perfect for Summer and Winter activities. Summer includes floating on the Mad River, hiking up Lincoln Gap, or grabbing a sandwich at the famous Warren Store and dipping in the swimming hole there, and paddleboarding on Bluebery lake and jumping off the covered bridge in Waitsfield. Winter activities include of course skiing Sugarbush Mountain or Mad River Glen, Cross Country skiing at Oles or Blueberry Lake, and Snow showing all over the valley.This light filled home with sliding doors that open to a covered porch overlooking the Mad River. A stunning wood burning fireplace to keep you warm after a day on the slopes.
