The spacious sun-filled living room has a beautiful stone fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and skylight. It’s the ideal space for everyone to gather and relax after a day at the beach. There is a separate inviting dining area. The charming sky-lit kitchen has been updated with new stainless steel appliances including Samsung gas range, microwave, and refrigerator. The breakfast nook has French doors leading to a secluded deck surrounded by greenery. One bedroom has a Queen bed and an en suite renovated bathroom with tiled shower. The oversized upstairs second bedroom has a king-size bed. The hall bathroom has been updated with classic Heath tile flooring and tiled combination tub/shower. The private Carmel stone patio is surrounded by flower beds. There is a single carport for covered parking, and ample additional street parking readily available. A little-known footpath, the “Jane Powers walkway”, leads down to the gorgeous white sand beach. It is only a five minute walk to town, with famed shops and restaurants.As this home has a city imposed 30 night minimum stay allowing just one booking per month, it is preferred that all 30 nights of your stay be in the same month.
