It is a queen-sized bed, and the pull-out couch differs from a fold-out couch as it can be easily pulled out for setup.The windows also have shades that can be rolled down for a comfortable and private night’s sleep.The casita also features a kitchen where you can prepare light mealsThe casita can act as HQ as your group bounces around downtown, walk 10 minutes to Rainey St., South Congress, Town Lake, Lady Bird Lake, east side, and campus areas; without having to worry about travel distances.NOTE: We want to make sure you’re aware of the setup here! The casita you’ll be staying in is located at the back of a separate front house. It’s got its own private entrance, giving you a nice sense of privacy. Just to clarify, the casita is separate from the main house, so access to the backyard, pool, and other amenities not included in the listing is not available.But no worries! We’ve made sure the casita itself is cozy and welcoming, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. So while you won’t have access to the additional amenities, we’ve made sure the casita has all the essentials to make you feel at home.You will surely enjoy your time here and feel right at home in this lovely casita!Other details to noteFor safety, there is a ring doorbell at the front door. It is active 24/7. Video and sound recording is motion activated. The home is also equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home.
