From the outdoor deck enjoy expansive views reaching the tip of Point Loma and bay, to the Downtown skyline. Views of the City continue as you relax inside the living area watching your favorite shows, in a serene and comfortable setting. We are located within 4 miles of many great places to visit, including beautiful beaches, restaurants, Sea World, and the famous San Diego Zoo.The spaceThis private residence offers a nice relaxing space, with a great City view, in a charming neighborhood, with iconic California palm trees. The space includes a couch and lounge in the living room, a nice full kitchen and breakfast nook, a queen size bed and ceiling fan in the bedroom, and a full bathroom with two pedestal sinks and a walk-in shower. There is also a large deck directly outside the living room that overlooks the downtown skyline, which is incredible during both day and night.Once you enter the gated entrance, a lush tropical pathway will lead you to the stairway that takes you up to the private residence.There is plenty of free street parking directly outside this residence.Our family lives in the main house on the property, so you may see us watering plants at times, however the private residence is upstairs and separate from the main house, and is very private.Guest accessAs our guests, you will have access to the the upstairs private Casita.Property is NOT ADA ACCESSIBLE.Other things to noteLoma Portal is a desirable and walkable neighborhood that is in close proximity to restaurants, beaches, and the airport. We are in the flight path and you will hear planes going overhead. For light sleepers ear plugs are provided.There is a flight of stairs (15 ), that lead up to the Casita. And that’s also why the view is so great :)***Please note that the stairway can be wet/slippery if it has rained or there has been ample humidity overnight. Exercise caution when using the flight of stairs during your stay. *********DURING YOUR STAY;As mentioned, the owners live in the main house, so we do ask that quiet hours begin at 9pm to respect both the main house residents and the neighbors.This place is available for those registered as guests only. NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ARE PERMITTED.I live and work on property, so please do text me if you have any questions while here visiting.There is a good full size kitchen, and if used, we kindly ask that the dishes be washed and placed in the drying rack or back inside the cabinets.Any towels used can be placed in the hamper, which is located between the bathroom sinks.We do not have A/C, but the bedroom has a new ceiling fan and we can provide a standing room fan for the living room if need be. This place maintains a very nice temperature due to great insulation and constant sea breezes.Note about cleaning; Cleaning fee is used for a one-time only clean at the end of the guest visit, not during the stay.**AMENITIES;-Wi-Fi-Smart TV of which you can log in for viewing pleasures-Keurig with coffee pods-Microwave/Convection Oven-Refrigerator***HOUSE RULES-Absolutely no smoking of any kind on premises ***-No pets-No parties/events-No candlesBy booking this space, you agree to the house rules above.
