Old Town is on the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15-to-20-minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in Old Town area are condos or resort style hotels.Q. How far is the home from the Airport?A. Most people fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor. This is about 25 minutes from most locations in Scottsdale. If you are flying private into Scottsdale Airport you are only about 10 minutes away.Q. Are there restaurants nearby?A. Yes, Scottsdale is a big city that is spread out. There are numerous restaurants, bars and shopping all around within a short distance.Q. Early check in or late check out?A. Check in and out time are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you are requesting either an early check in or late check out, fees may apply. Check in time is 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.
