Our charming chalet, that we named “Seasons”, is nestled in the woods, yet close to all that Stratton, Mount Snow, Bromley and Southern Vermont have to offer. Located 4.5 miles from the Sun Bowl at Stratton, 8 miles to Mount Snow, 1 mile to the Stratton Recreation Area and 4 miles to Grout Pond, Seasons Chalet is close to all kinds of fun including skiing, snowmobiling, restaurants, breweries, shopping, ponds, lakes, hiking and biking trails, waterfalls and more.This home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft, and a bonus room off the mudroom, which provide ample room for 6 guests to stay comfortably. There is a spiral staircase from the mudroom to the main floor. The loft area with 2 twin beds is popular with the kids and the 2 bedrooms with queen beds are perfect for couples and single adults. The large wall of windows allows in plenty of natural light and views the gorgeous wooded landscape from the comfort of inside. The deck has plenty of room to hangout and BBQ with your family.Our kitchen, though small, is well stocked with everything you will need. It is open to the dining room and family room with a gas stove, along with a TV, plenty of DVDs and board games. Curl up by the fire with a good book, put on a movie or have game night. The internet is limited through a mobile hotspot. Verizon wireless has good reception. We usually stream from the hotspot on our phone, or disconnect and have some good old fashioned family time.Visit the nearby resorts, lakes and rivers for fishing, swimming, kayaking and tubing. Explore various trails, hiking, running or biking through beautiful forests and around breathtaking lakes and waterfalls.Winter, spring, summer or fall, Vermont is great in all “Seasons!”
