Condo is located right next to the pool where you can enjoy the beautiful AZ sunshine!Guest accessGuests have access to the entire condo and all complex amenities.Other things to note:IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with the city of Scottsdale rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals. Pursuant to Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 we are required to provide the HOA and the city of Scottsdale with occupant information and contact data and related vehicle data.Minimum age to rent is 25 years of age.No loud or disruptive behavior will be tolerated in the unit or throughout the complex while using amenities. Please be respectful to neighbors throughout your stay.No Smoking. Any signs of smoking will result in a $1000 fine for removal of odor.Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in the backyard.Upon successful booking you will be asked to sign a rental agreement that provides house rules as well as information about the space that you are renting.
