3rd floor, pool view, Beautiful condo located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minutes from the beach and all main attractions! Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 6 guests.*Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee. Washer and dryer available in the unit.Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included). Dining area open to living room.Sheets and linens provided.Free WiFi and cable TV available.*Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb.We love your dogs but please do NOT ALLOW your pets on or in the beds, sofas or any furniture. if evidence of pet hair found on linens or furniture an additional cleaning fee could be incurred. Untrained pets are not allowed, any damage caused by a pet an additional damage fee will incurred.*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.*Towels are provided for showers only.Guest accessThe condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.*Access the pool with wristbands (4 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 4 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)*No mailbox for this location.*Washer/dryer available in the unit.*Parking is free.* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premisesOther things to note*must climb stairs.*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.*Please review my house rules.*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.*No mailbox for this location.*Pets are allowed.
