Extremely quiet neighborhood – wonderful place for a stroll with view of the tidal marsh and Half Moon River. Lighted tennis courts within walking distance. Golf course 3 miles away. 12 miles from downtown Savannah or Tybee Island. Completely renovated. All new appliances, systems, furnishings. Beds have luxury linens and excellent mattresses. New 60 inch Samsung flat screen. Comcast cable with premium channels and 75 MBS internet connection.We do allow pets but require they not be allowed on furniture or bedding as this creates so much additional work for our housekeeper.
